Damien Fagette joined La Tour des Vents at the age of 16 as an apprentice. After being trained by Marie Rougier Salvat who trusted him, he is now the chef of the restaurant where he expresses his creative and contemporary vision of cooking. Accompanied by his second-in-command Armand Rouxel, they will always try to innovate and offer you a cuisine based on exceptional products.

Our Chef Damien Fagette likes to stroll around the Perigord markets, smell, touch and taste. His inspiration often comes from his travels and his exchanges with local producers. He knows how to sublimate a product and make you rediscover the taste of things.
Opening periods
– From September to June inclusive:
The restaurant is open from Wednesday lunchtime
to Sunday noon.
– In July and August :
The restaurant is open from Tuesday lunchtime
to Sunday evening.
